During a business trip 18 years ago, I caught a virus from the mythical insect called the “travel bug”. Several stints abroad later, I find myself living and working in the southeastern part of France. While it’s true that I love the apartment and the village where I reside, it’s just difficult to stay put in one place. After all, I am just a few hours away from Italy, Spain, Germany, and less than half an hour away from Switzerland.
So I have decided to indulge myself, as well as my significant other, and continue to live the dream of visiting as many cities and countries … as far as my feet (and pocket) can take me.
My ultimate goal is to show everyone that exploring new places is no longer just for the filthy rich but also for ordinary people who yearn for adventure and for those who have the patience to find the most viable means of discovering the world.
